Volunteer Teams

Responsible for the operations, records, correspondence, related affairs, and activities for the chapter. Assists the President in directing the activities of the Board and any standing or temporary committees, in accordance with the purposes of the chapter and PMI.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining membership plans and recognition including recruitment, retention, and engagement. Plans and coordinates professional networking, community volunteer, and military outreach events.

Responsible for the strategic management, planning, and coordination of chapter communications including targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.  Primary liaison for sponsor relationships.

Responsible for the development and delivery of chapter quarterly speaking events in partnership with board officers and volunteers. These events include learning opportunities from industry experts, networking opportunities, and a place for project professionals to be part of a community.

Responsible for the creation and management of professional development and education programs for members. Develops education activities to help members with certification preparation/maintenance. Plans and facilitates the annual chapter mentorship program. Primary liaison with local colleges, universities, and external training partners.
