Are PMP Process Groups gone?
(PMP Exam changes coming January 2, 2021)

Workshop Overview:
Have you ever wondered why the PMP Exam keeps changing? It seems to happen a lot! Do the changes
reflect the current business climate, or where do they come from? And more importantly what do these
changes mean for you?
When the PMP exam changes on January 2, 2021, it will be a major change and it WILL NOT be based
on a new version of the PMBOK. The new exam will no longer be organized by Process Group!! And,
Agile will be very important on the exam. Is this a prediction of the future of Project Management?
Attend this workshop to gain an understanding of the process PMI uses when changing the exam. We
will explore what is included in the current exam content (published in 2015) then compare it to the new
exam content (published in 2019) to gain an understanding of the major shift in the PMP exam beginning
January 2, 2021.

Workshop outline includes:
- The PMBOK and Exam content update cycles
- The current exam outline (from 2015) that is used to select exam questions today
- The new exam outline (from 2019) that will be used to select exam questions in the future
- A comparison of the current & new exam question criteria
- The new online testing environment option (via Pearson Vue)

Anyone that is a practicing Project Manager, anyone studying to take the PMP Exam, as well
as anyone that is interested in the Project Management Profession.
