Join us for an engaging evening dedicated to exploring the evolving role and value of Project Management Offices (PMOs) in today’s organizations. Designed as an interactive experience, this event brings together project professionals, PMO leaders, and organizational decision-makers for meaningful conversation, shared insights, and real-world strategies.

The evening will feature a dynamic fireside chat with our chapter president Alex Atkinson and special guest Joe Pusz, offering candid perspectives on what it takes to build, scale, and sustain high-performing PMOs. Attendees will also gain valuable insight into the resources and support available through PMI Global—including communities of practice, professional certifications, and practical guidance for implementing and optimizing PMOs.

Rather than a traditional presentation, the session is designed to foster participation and dialogue. The majority of the session we will open the floor to an interactive audience Q&A, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with experienced leaders, ask pressing questions, and explore challenges and opportunities relevant to you and your organization.

Following the fireside chat we will feature the inaugural PMI-SNC PMO of the Year award ceremony, recognizing outstanding contributions and excellence within our local project management community. Finally, we will close the evening with open networking.
