About our Speaker:
Leah Scherr is Manager, Operations PMO at Allegiant, a scheduled airline Headquartered in Las Vegas Nevada, focused on low fares and connecting millions of travelers with top vacation destinations. Leah oversees a team responsible for executing projects in support of the rapid expansion of the Allegiant travel network, and for supporting the scalability and continuous improvement of operations and technical systems that run the day to day operation of scheduled airline service. Before joining Allegiant, Leah worked in the automotive SAAS space as an Implementation Project Manager for AutoPoint. Leah previously worked in manufacturing as a Certified Quality Engineer for Nypro Oregon, a custom plastic injection molding company, and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army.
Leah is the mother of three amazing kids. In her spare time she enjoys travel, yoga and fitness. Leah volunteers as the Nevada State Admissions Coordinator for the United States Military Academy, and serves as a lector at her church. Leah graduated from West Point in 1988 earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research.
