Synopsis:
Projects often involve change – process change, organizational change, or change in responsibilities.  Change management is often the missing link in managing projects.  However, even projects that are well managed technically can fail if the implications of change on the people and process are not addressed.

This topic will cover a practical view of how to proactively create a culture of embracing change within your projects.  We will discuss how to identify and address resistance points (and individuals), communicate vision, control rumors, create visibility, and advertise wins as well as other ways to incorporate change management techniques to create a successful project.
