Melissa has a history working in the medical, resort & casino, and computer software industries and within these industries she has worked in the payroll, human resources, HR/payroll software implementation, and project management fields. Melissa recently earned her PMP and is using these skills to create a new foundation for her team with her current company, where she has worked for the past 7+ years. Melissa is driven by innovation, team collaboration, communication, and respect.

Melissa and her husband have lived in Las Vegas for the last three years and really enjoy the area.  Originally from Washington State, she is a big fan of the Seattle Seahawks, WSU Cougars, Gonzaga Bulldogs, and the EWU Eagles, which is her alma mater.  When not working, Melissa enjoys traveling, March Madness (Go Zags!), and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
