Parmjit Kaur, known to friends and colleagues alike as Pam, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), currently working in the Health Information Technology industry, and has served in various management roles from account management, vendor management, and client relations management to program and project management.  With over a decade of professional management experience under her belt, Pam has contributed to the growth of several organizations. She has trained both technical and nontechnical teams, has helped lead multiple system implementations, and has helped drive a nationwide, innovation focused program to bring various stakeholders together for meaningful discussions. 

While Pam considers herself a NJ native, she has lived all over the world and the country, building long lasting friendships wherever she’d had the pleasure of visiting.  What truly stands out about her, however, is not just the professionalism she frequently demonstrates, but her dedication to the individuals she works with, her advocate spirit, and her calm, joyful demeanor.  

In her spare time, Pam enjoys volunteer work, having worked with organizations like the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Abused and Neglected Children, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and others. She is also a passionate fitness enthusiast and can often be found in the gym, lifting weights.
