Vicky is a project, program, and portfolio manager with expertise in large-scale enterprise transformations and strategic planning. Her most recent accomplishments include leading a company merger and an acquisition. She’s most passionate about driving continuous improvement, leading teams through difficult changes, and facilitating strategic planning.

Vicky is currently the VP of Strategic Business Planning at Switch where she leads the company’s Strategic Initiatives Office to plan and execute cross-functional, transformational initiatives for the C-Suite.  Previously she was a Director of Strategic Initiatives at MGM Resorts where she led the resort re-openings of Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, and Luxor Hotel & Casino during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Vicky has her PMP and CFE certifications and attended UNLV where she received her MBA.

Vicky maintains a healthy work-life balance and makes time for the most important parts of life like her husband, three kids, three dogs, two cats, six tortoises and 100+ houseplants.  When she’s not feeding the family, you can find her at all the LV Raiders home games, rooting for her kids’ soccer teams (GO HEAT!), or binging the latest and greatest shows and movies.
