Join us for an engaging in-person event focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the project management industry, alongside a recognition of International Women’s Day. This session will explore how inclusive practices, equitable leadership, and diverse perspectives contribute to stronger teams, improved collaboration, and more successful project outcomes.

The event will feature insights from a panel experienced project management professionals across local industries, sharing real-world perspectives on navigating and leading diverse project teams and the challenges they overcame to achieve successful careers in project management. The discussion will be facilitated by Karla Eidem, head of transformation and project delivery at PMI Global, and will include an interactive audience Q&A creating space for open dialogue and shared learning.

Attendees will gain practical insight into how to be more mindful when working with diverse stakeholders, teams, and leaders, as well as strategies to foster equity, understanding, and inclusion within fast-paced project environments. These concepts will be connected to the PMI Talent Triangle, highlighting how DEI strengthens power skills, ways of working, and business acumen.
