Lee R. Lambert: Global Thought Leader in Project Management - A Founder of the PMP
With over 50 years of experience, Lee R. Lambert is recognized as a pioneer and one of the leading voices in project management. He is a co-founder of the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and one of only 85 PMI Fellows, awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for his outstanding contributions to the profession. Lee’s expertise was recently acknowledged when he received the Distinguished Leadership in Project Management Award at the International Engineering & Operations Management (IEOM) Conference in Dubai.
Lee is renowned for delivering a practical, "real-world" approach to project management, helping professionals excel in the value-driven role of managing diverse projects. His engaging and often humorous delivery creates an enjoyable and highly productive learning environment.
Throughout his career, Lee has successfully implemented four enterprise-wide project management information systems (EVMS) and is celebrated for his work in building High-Performance Teams, which PMI hailed as transformative. His training programs have reached thousands of employees at major organizations like Bechtel, AT&T, IBM, General Electric, Microsoft, and Roche. Additionally, his consulting and training services have played a crucial role in establishing high-performing Project Management Offices (PMOs) that drive rapid execution.
As a judge for the PMO Global Alliance Awards and a sought-after keynote speaker, Lee has shared his insights with over 50,000 professionals in 51 countries. His storytelling ability and passion for project management continue to inspire and educate the global project management community.

John Signo:
John Signo is currently a Senior Project Manager at Bank of America, managing Data Management and Cybersecurity projects with the goal of reducing identified risks while protecting the enterprise and its clients. He has previous work experience at J Walter Thompson, IBM, and BNSF Railway, providing Project Management and Systems Engineering work. John continues to be an active member of PMI Dallas PMI Los Angeles, and PMI Fort Worth. He is an advocate for PMI certifications and currently holds the PMI PMP and PMI ACP certifications. In his spare time, he provides sessions on “Brand and Land” using LinkedIn, resumes, and an online ATS tool. In addition, he continues to mentor PMP and ACP candidates as they prep for their certification exams.
