Successful project leaders know that one size does not fit all. This workshop helps participants identify and apply leadership styles best suited to their project’s context, team composition, and stakeholder environment. Using practical scenarios, attendees will learn to choose between directive, participative, supportive, and achievement-oriented approaches, adapting their leadership behaviors to different challenges. The workshop emphasizes situational awareness and personal reflection to strengthen project team outcomes.
• Describe major project leadership styles (e.g., directive, participative, supportive, achievement-oriented) and their core principles.
• Assess which leadership approach best fits a project’s context, team maturity, and stakeholder environment.
• Determine when switching between styles is necessary when leading projects and project teams.
