Meet Our 2025 Nominations Committee

Paul BrunoCommittee Chair
Paul Bruno has more than 35 years of experience in the fields of project management and information technology. He has also held a number of volunteer positions both at the global headquarters and local chapter level for PMI including with the Global Accreditation Center (GAC) and as President, Executive Vice President, VP of Program and VP of Education for PMI-SNC. Paul is also a graduate of PMI’s Leadership Institute Master Class and served as a class advisor. He is the author of three books on the creation and development of the Jeep The Original Jeeps (2024, 2020), The Original Jeeps in Pictures (2022) and Project Management in History: The First Jeep (2014). He holds master’s degrees in marketing and history and bachelor’s degrees in computer software and business.

Tammy BawdenCommittee Member
Tammy Bawden is an accomplished IT project manager with experience in web development and interactive media. Having been an active member within our chapter over the past few years you will likely have seen her at many events. Being able to meet new people and help others grow together is something she is passionate about, along with her affinity for Goldendoodles! She looks forward to contributing to the committee's efforts to identify talent for leadership positions within the chapter.

Cozette TalibCommittee Member
Cozette Talib recently retired from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where they served as Project Manager and Program Analyst. She managed a high-profile portfolio of over 10 FDA Nutrition projects and numerous sub-projects. Cozette tracked and monitored draft and final regulatory guidance and rules, as well as stakeholder and interagency outreach efforts. She also monitored project scope, schedule, and resources, escalating potential challenges as needed. Cozette holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Duke University. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and an active member of the Project Management Institute, Southern Nevada Chapter.

Kim SnyderCommittee Member
Kim Snyder has been a valued and engaged chapter member for many years. Actively participating in our mentorship program as well as being a keynote speaker and experienced project leader in her own right. We were beyond thrilled when she volunteered to patriciate in this year's election process.
