Participants will explore key functionalities across the platform's lifecycle, from project creation and resource planning to advanced reporting and client collaboration. The session will cover both Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid methodologies, user permissions, system settings, and essential add-ons.

Attendees will gain hands-on insights into using dashboards, managing tasks and teams, generating reports, and integrating with tools like Outlook and Teams.
